resolution for victims of online financial fraud

Who we are

Driven by our core values of integrity and justice, NorthPoint Coalition unites experts from legal, crisis management, and asset recovery sectors to offer diligent, comprehensive support to victims of online fraud. Our goal is clear: to restore peace of mind and justice for those affected by scams.

Your path ahead

NorthPoint offers a straightforward, three-phase process designed to maximize your financial recovery. We work solely on a contingency basis, meaning no up-front costs to you, and our fees are only applied upon a successful recovery of your funds.

Navigating your recovery

Begin your journey to recovery by completing our consultation form. A specialized lawyer will then discuss your case in detail, setting the stage for a guided recovery process through our client portal, where our dedicated team will manage the complexities of your recovery.

Phase one

Click on the form link below to get started, to provide details about your situation. The more you provide, the better our team will be able to understand if we can assist you.

Phase two

If we believe we can help you, we'll then invite you to our client portal. From filing in court, to tracing your lost assets, to freezing and recovering your funds - we'll guide you through every step as our team works diligently to recover your lost funds.

Phase Three

If we locate your lost assets and succeed in court, you'll then be remitted the amount of your lost funds we were able to secure, minus our contingency fee.
